Michael Tayloer - Death sentence reversed and remanded on 8/26/08.

Brian Kinder - Died of natural causes on August 8, 2007, at the Potosi Correctional Center.

Steven Parkus - The Missouri Supreme Court overturned Parkus' death sentence in April, 2007, and Parkus has been resentenced to Life Without Parole.

Gary Black - Reversed and remanded back to Jasper County for a new trial. (July 2007)

Donald Hall - In May, 2007, Hall was resentenced to Life Without Parole for First Degree Murder in Greene County.

Danny R. Wolfe - In August 2006, Wolfe was resentenced to Life without Parole.

Charles Armentrout - In August, 2006, St. Louis City Court set aside the death sentence against Armentrout and resentenced him to Life without Parole.

Leamon White - In 2004 a federal judge ruled that White's legal counsel had been ineffective and overturned the conviction.  In January, this year, the U. S. Supreme Corut upheld the judge's ruling.

Shafer, Robert - Sentence reversed and re-sentenced to Life Without Parole on March 17, 2004.

Whitfield, Joseph E. - Reversed and Remanded - Resentenced 6-17-03 - Life without Parole - SCCC #990080

Barriner, Cecil - Reversed and Remanded 6/17/03 - Life without Parole - PCC #517967

Mayes, Bobby Joe - Bobby Jo Mayes was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action. The Missouri Supreme Court held the trial court is prohibited from taking any further action than to sentence Mayes to life in prison.

Darrell J. Mease - Death sentence commuted in 1999 at request of Pope John Paul II.

Danny R. Wolfe - the Missouri Supreme Court reversed both the guilt and penalty phases in this case.

Pollard, Rossevelt -- Declared mentally incompetent, execution stayed. Remains on capital punishment list.

Simmons, Willie -- Reversed, remanded and resentenced,  July 25, 2003

Simmons, Christopher -- Resentenced to life without parole, August 26, 2003

Ervin, James R. -- Resentenced to life without parole, November 5, 2003\

Driscoll, Robert -- Robert Driscoll was released from prison on 3-31-04
